THE STRUGGLE IS SPIRITUAL

The more I read my Bible and listen to the “news” the more I “see” the Bible IN the news. The Bible… the Word of God, written by men chosen and inspired by God, is full of prophecy – some fulfilled… some not yet fulfilled. The Bible is a self-revealing book. And what it is revealing is what is “happening” in the news. The “news” is ALL political, and the world is being consumed by the politics of a collective degeneration and collapse of the mind, body, soul, and spirit.

The group of lost fools clamoring, down through the years, for a one-world government is growing rapidly. It is precisely where the world is headed… Revelation 13.
So, it is indeed futile to war with the politics. It might, for a while, be satisfying to condemn the “other” side as being evil; or to be engaged in a struggle which both sides see as “righteous.” The left fights in the streets and TV, the right fights on the radio and TV, both fight in social medias… but in the end only God wins, and those He has called out of the world for Himself.

The end for all of us is the “first” death. But the reward for those who have believed God is eternal Life. The condemnation for those who have refused God is eternal death. So, our struggle and our “war” is not political, but spiritual. The Apostle Paul wrote… “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12

The goal then, should be to “die right.” Again, the Apostle Paul said, “For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; in the future, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:6-8

One cannot die right unless one lives right. Again, the Apostle… “For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Philippians 1:21
